We currently deliver throughout the UK.
All of our deliveries are sub-contracted out via palletised carrier companies.
Delivery will usually take place within 3 to 10 working days and the cost of delivery will be confirmed at point of order. Prices will vary according to product and weigh. Please ring for a price.
Please ensure that prior to delivery that you advise us of any delivery restrictions, along with your full delivery address including postcode and contact telephone number.
If there are any delivery restrictions we will usually be able to make special arrangments to accommodate them, but it is critical that you provide us with as much information as possible.
The courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. If when the driver delivers, he cannot obtain a signature, the delivery may be returned for delivery at a later date. If you miss your delivery you may be charged for the cost incurred, this is typically the original cost of delivery.
Please note that if the driver considers your access unsuitable for whatever reason he is well within his rights to refuse to unload the pallet or alternatively unload it as near as possible to the required destination, which may well be at the side of the road.
Please bear in mind that delivery times or dates may vary subject to change due to circumstances outside the drivers control such as extreme weather conditions or traffic. In this case, you will be informed and there will be no additional charge to you.
